The room facilities were good. The bathroom was nice looking and luxurious.

It was located in a good area in center of town.

A nice size and absolutely brilliant rooms, everything was nice.

The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect so close to center of town, which is the easiest way of getting into town, and the central Train station of Chester, and had everything you needed. The staff was amazing and affable to chat with.

We would definitely go back, had no complains at all. Thanks very much for really enjoyable stay, having setting very close to city center. The place is close to train station, town centre and all shops and restaurants, restaurants and town centre, river and canal.

The apartments at City Suites in Chester are good and excellent. It's very close to a park, the train station, and the center of town.

It's a welcome base for a short stay while in Chester. Location is good and magnificent for Chester very close to restaurants, train station and a lovely park, which is the easiest way of getting into town and the centre and train station. In fact, the property is situated in a good area.

Spacious two-bedroom apartment, well-maintained with plenty of storage. Conveniently located, just a short walk from the city center. Smooth check-in process with clear instructions. Good communication from the staff. Would definitely book again.

Good deal and great location. The beds were quite uncomfortable, but we still enjoyed our time here. The bathroom was well-equipped with a hairdryer and big bath sheets. 😊

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the allocated parking space was a great convenience, especially in a busy city.

There were a couple of issues that marred my experience at the hotel. the customer service was extremely poor, with a lack of professionalism and a dismissive attitude towards guest concerns.

Great 3-night stay! 😊 Got an early check-in, which was awesome. Room had cool stuff like a lot of TV channels, a dining area, and a cozy seating spot. Everything was just right.
